Refund policy

We want you to be OBSESSED with your new Sujalab nails! If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, you can return your unused and unopened press-on nails within 7 days of delivery for a hassle-free refund or exchange.

Returns:

• Items must be in original condition, unused, unaltered, and with intact packaging.
• Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items once we receive them. All shipping fees related to returns, except for defective and incorrect products, will be the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at zejinglin@gmail.com, and we’ll provide a complimentary return label.
